Lysistrata by Aristophanes 3 Legged Dog The year is 2069. In a country dominated by men and devastated by its leaders’ obsession with an endless war, Lysistrata unites the women of Greece by persuading them not to have sex with their husbands until a peace treaty can be reached. This modern adaptation of Aristophanes’ classic comedy about gender and politics is a visually striking reimagination, and features an original score by John Coyne.
