This weekend begins a series of boat tours around the Isle of Staten sponsored by the National Lighthouse Museum.
Circumnavigate the Isle of Staten and see lighthouses, hidden bird sanctuaries, and ship graveyards.
On Sunday May 21, take a late morning Staten Island Ferry across the harbor to St. George terminal on Staten Island and join the 1pm tour that leaves from Pier 1 adjacent to the Museum site at St. George, Staten Island.
In depth narrations are given on each tour and dress accordingly as they commence rain or shine. You are advised to bring your own refreshments or buy light refreshments on board, but please, no large coolers.
