Good for Margaret Chin taking action to reduce traffic congestion downtown by introducing a resolution to change the toll pattern of the Verrazano Bridge.

I hope that the next step will be for this matter to be brought to Congress where the legal change can be made.

It’s an outrage that the Congress ever involved itself by legislating this local matter!
