Teach financial literacy skills to people supported by AHRCNYC who need to understand how to save money. During an hour and fifteen minute workshop volunteers are paired with 1 or 2 people to discuss concepts about money management. Volunteers will help people think about how they are spending money and ways in which they can increase their savings, improve their budgeting skills and understand credit and credit ratings.
